1. Information you enter into the app
You may choose to enter menstrual and wellness information, including bleeding and spotting, flow intensity, pain and pain location, symptoms, medication, notes, pregnancy-test results, and related journal information.
Predictions in the app are experimental estimates based on the history you record. They are not guaranteed.
2. Local storage and encryption keys
Journal data is stored locally on your device, and journal records are encrypted locally. The current beta does not require a company account and does not provide automatic cloud synchronization or automatic cloud recovery.
A local encryption key is stored using Apple Keychain. Losing app data, your device, or required credentials may prevent recovery unless you created a usable backup.
3. Backups, exports, and demo data
Password-protected backups
You can create password-protected encrypted backup files. You choose the backup password. The developer cannot recover it if you forget or lose it.
Files you export, save, or share outside the app are controlled by you and by the service or storage location you choose. The developer cannot delete copies stored outside the app.
CSV, JSON, and PDF exports
CSV, JSON, and PDF exports may contain sensitive health information. These formats may be unencrypted. Store and share them carefully.
Demo data
Demo data is separate from your real journal and is not included in backups.
4. Data collection by the developer
For the current private beta:
- The developer does not operate a company backend for journal data.
- The developer does not sell health data.
- The app does not use advertising SDKs.
- The app does not use third-party analytics or cross-app tracking.
This does not mean the developer can never receive information. Support emails, TestFlight feedback, and diagnostics handled by Apple may reach the developer as described below.
5. Apple and TestFlight
Apple may process app-distribution, diagnostic, crash, and TestFlight feedback information under Apple's own terms and privacy policies.
Testers may voluntarily send screenshots, comments, logs, or contact information through TestFlight or email. Information you voluntarily submit for support is used to respond to your request and investigate problems.
6. This website
This website does not intentionally collect health information. At launch, it does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. Vercel, the hosting provider, may receive ordinary hosting and security logs when you visit. The website may direct you to email support.
7. Data deletion
You can delete individual entries or delete all local app data through Settings. Deleting the app may remove local app data.
Copies exported or backed up outside the app are not deleted automatically. Support messages previously sent by email or TestFlight may remain subject to the relevant service's retention practices and legitimate support needs.
8. Other important terms
Adults only
The current beta is intended for adults aged 18 and older and is not directed to children.
Medical disclaimer
Predictions are experimental estimates. The app is not for contraception, does not diagnose medical conditions, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Security
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the beta and its practices change. When it is updated, the effective date at the top of this page will be revised.
